Badge Collection and Workshop Preference

A badge is needed to be able to participate in any part of the program.
Indigenous Women's pre-Conference participants register and collect their badge at the Registration Desk at the IIAV in the morning of Saturday, August 22 at 9.00. The pre-Conference will be held at the IIAV.
All other participants register and collect their badges on Sunday, August 23 from 14.00 to 18.00 at the Vrouwenhuis, where there will also be entertainment. Latecomers can register and collect their participants badge at the Koninklijk Institut voor de Tropen (KIT) on Monday and Tuesday morning, August 24 and 25, from 9.00 - 11.00.

We ask all participants to fill in their workshop preferences on the lists at the conference Information Desk. Please state your first, second, and third preferences for each day. We will try to give you your first preference, but if a workshop is too full, we will give you your second or third preference. Lists of registrants for each workshop will be available at the Information Desk.
